Why is this reduced price? This is a “seconds” item, which is considered to have small imperfections.
- These coasters for some reason have some small patches that look like tiny air bubbles or a hazy scratch/patch showing on 1 or 2 of the chrstnut brown squares – i think this on the top clear glass layer embedded between the clear and coloured glass (please see circled photo). There are 3 available but all similar.

These coasters have been made with alternate coloured hand cut glass squares and are arranged neatly into a chequered pattern with a layer of clear glass on top and fused together in the kiln to 800°c.
