Custom Orders
I am still learning my way around working with clay and that it can take several weeks to create a new piece from start to finish. So to avoid putting too much pressure on myself, I’m currently not able to make any custom orders unfortunately. I tend to make items over several months and then list those for sale on the website when they are ready.
I enjoy making custom colour combinations and have options available to create
your own on my website. I can also tweak existing designs with the size/shape. Please get in touch using the Contact Us option on the website or via social media with any requests you may have. At the current time I am not able to do new designs as customs orders.
Returns & Exchanges
I measure and describe each item carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions etc before making your purchase. Please check you are happy with all the dimensions and volumes in the listing before placing your order.
Made to order items: All my glass and pottery items are handmade, therefore every one is unique, I celebrate the individual characteristics of each piece. No two items will ever be exactly the same. I do my best to match items to the pictures listings but due to various processes they will vary and may be slightly different in size, colour or finish. If you are not completely happy with an item received please do get in touch.
If you would like to return an item that is not suitable please let me know before sending so I can advise and look out for it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and I would advise sending back using a delivery confirmation service in case the item is lost or delayed sending back. I can not accept items returned after 14 days of receipt or for custom made orders. When received back a refund can be completed (excluding any charged postage costs).
If your item has arrived damaged, please take photos of the outside box and the damaged contents and email them to me within 3 days of delivery. I want you to be entirely happy with your glass or pottery and I will do my utmost to make sure you are 100% happy with your experience of buying my work. If you do need to get in touch, please use the email address on the contact page, details from my business card that was included with your delivery, or your confirmation email at time of order and I will try my best to rectify it if I can.
