Bullseye - Mint Green & Jade Green Fused Glass Crumpled Look Chequered Square Bowl
These have been handcrafted in my workshop in Cornwall, UK.

These serving bowls have been made with alternating hand cut glass squares and arranged neatly into a chequered pattern with a layer of clear glass on top and fused together flat in the kiln to just over 800°c. The flat glass is then placed onto a wavy mould and kiln fired once more to take the shape of the mould (slumping) creating these gorgeous wavy/crumpled bowl.
The inside has a flat bottom approx. 120mm x 120mm and the undulating sides fall and rise.

Oceanside Glass coasters will have coloured squares on the base, capped with clear glass on the top. Having the layer of clear glass on top, makes the surface completely food safe, adds a little depth to see the coloured glass, but does sometimes cause some natural tiny, small air bubbles to naturally form.
Bullseye Glass coasters will have coloured squares on the top, and the clear glass on the base. The coloured glass is more vibrant in these coasters, because it is not covered. All my products made before 2024 were Bullseye glass.
Can I mix the Bullseye and Oceanside glass colours? The short answer is no, these are two different types of glass and cannot be fused together, it will cause the glass to crack.
